I would like to sell my PTL company which has been active for more then 9years. After incorporating my company, i was away and out of Singapore till now, no business transaction has been done. I do have outstanding fees which i need to clear off as penalty for not filing for my yearly tax. So i am hoping to sell of this company to pay off at least some of this debit.
