The business includes a Dive Shop located on the main road on the island, in a high density tourist area, a restaurant / bar, secure gear storage, 2 apartments, a service pickup (for guest transfers), 20 full sets of well maintained Scubapro / Aqualung equipment, along with extensive stock of fins, masks, snorkels and wetsuits, a runaround scooter, a 3 wheeler moped with loading bay, gear maintenance room and covered parking for our vehicle.
We have a long term lease in effect, at an extremely affordable rental rate.
The business has grown from operating with 2 dive staff initially, to having 6 instructors during last season.
The business would come with 2 work permits.
I would be prepared to stay on during the upcoming season to assist with the hand-over, as well as assist in obtaining the necessary documents / visas / paperwork that are required.

Ideally, an outright purchase would be preferable, but we are open to discussion about having a partner invest in obtaining a sizeable share.
