We started the hostel project in year 2018 when we realised that there weren’t any type of accommodations that appeals to GenY & GenZ available in the emerging market of Alor Setar City. So we tapped into this sweet-spot.
The old shop was once a glorious goldsmith way back in the 1920s. Since then, this large shoplot located in the heart of Alor Setar’s heritage district has been transformed into a hostel/guesthouse for FIT & young business travellers from local and also around the world.
In just 2 years of business, thus far, we have hosted over 3,000 guests in our humble 2 private rooms, 1 large air-conditioned hall comprises of 5 single & 3 twin bedroom in tent-style setting, a living hall, a dining hall, a workspace, a vanity area a shared kitchenette and shared bathrooms / toilets.

a. We are selling our business only, shop rental is not included. For shop rental / new tenancy agreement, buyer to negotiate directly with the owner for rental rates.
